What a historic and wonderful day it is. First off it is wonderful to see the name Bush get the hell out of the White House. Now we have someonethat has embrassed the whole country with a plan of improvement and CHANGE! That will step in and not only make history...but to make an attempt to get this country back running the way that millions of people want it to run. However, I know I was not the only one watching on TV that heard the crowd singing, "Na-Na-Na-Na...Hey Hey Hey...Goodbye!" When FORMER president Bush came out. I felt sorry for a second but hey then I thought about gas prices and the Tahoe that I use to drive that I miss right now and its 4 inches of snow outside...No longer am I feeling sad for anything that happens or will happen to G.W.B. The time is here and change is in effect...What a day!

Sunday Morning Long Run...

...but I wake up to get dressed to run 3 miles this morning (yes I do run that far) and as I am almost fully dressed mother nature starts to let loose the juice LOL! It just started raining so hard and I was like, "Are you kidding me!?" Well I had the thought process of laying down and playing xbox, laying down next to my girlfriend or going for a run in the rain. If you read the below that I wrote then you know exactly what I did.
